2024 Portugal Boutique Winery 'Gorro' Loureiro, Vinho Verde, Portugal Florez L’Aietta has two different vineyardThe Gorro Loureiro comes from two 40~ year old vineyards just a few kilometers from the Atlantic ocean. One vineyard right on the Lima river is on schist soil, another at a slightly higher elevation is on granite. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel and spends about 9 months on the lees. Salty, floral, juicy.
