Tamaulipas 'San Carlos' is our first offering of a disjunct population of the still unnamed Sabal sp. nov. Tamaulipas, from Villa Mainero, which is nearly 80 miles north of the original location of Sabal sp. Tamaulipas. We think this is probably the first commercial offering of plants from this population, which we grew from seed from our garden specimen, which was seed grown from a Bobby Ward John Fairy John Ignacio expedition to the San
