2022 Cascina Fontana Barbera d'Alba, Piedmont, Italy Ormiale nutty and brightFrom organically farmed vineyards in the Barolo zone (notably Perno and Sinio), fermented with native yeasts in stainless, then aged in large Slavonian oak casks. No fining, no filtration. The 2022 is deep and classically structureddark fruit, savory spice, and firm acidity.
