I've learned that an exact match was made as an umpire's ball and strike keeper--which has become quite the collectible because it allowed for a count of five balls and four strikes

stoic and animated with its outstretched neck and black painted mouth

from spring daffodils to fall mums

I am not certain the age on these but they are definitely old

Carved Wooden Beaver Peruvian textiles I found this piece atHere's a sweet little hand carved wooden beaver to add to the menagerie, with nicely detailed fur and tail, plus great little ears and eyes. I'm not sure on the age or origins of this piece, but there is a "3" carved on the underside of his tail. Just a charming little friend! 2 7 8" long x 3 4" wide x 1" tall and in great condition.
