I love the Riot Grrrl attitude of this

quite compelling whatever the case

I  love the combo of the smooth tops and roughly textured sides

making me think as much of folk art carved miniature books and bibles than as anything (including for the fact that the slab at his back is carved like a book as well) but I’m really not sure of its origins

Much richer and lusher feeling in person, strong and radiant. And with the bowl set on what looks like a smoke decorated tabletop (rendered in charcoal I believe) with a spray of pink
