Chunky Matte Green Glazed Stoneware Jar graphic both potters died in 2005I don't think that the maker of this jar was an amazing potter the walls are thick and the form a little clunky but the green glaze is really terrific, and it is 100% the perfect vessel for holding pens or paintbrushes or toothbrushes or wooden kitchen spoons. Or use it as a vase for daffodils. Really a very satisfying thing that delivers pleasure every time you look at it. 5 1 2" tall x 3" across at lip; 4" d at widest. Great condition, no chips or
