The Life of Christ, 1870, with Unholy Endpaper Drawings! miniature pottery I've become completely enamored ofOne of two old books with end paper drawings today, which I'll never stop hunting for, even if just building a collection for myself. Two great graphite drawings here, the work of an L. M. Willis who signed his name twice one drawing on the front inside cover and one on the back. Of course I especially love the juxtaposition of these unholy looking characters, one drinking and one smoking (with great little hand pointing at him as if in admonishment)
